Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following:

Access & Term 

  • Your purchase includes 12 months of full access to the Vocal Academy beginning on the date of purchase.

  • Access includes the course curriculum, materials, updates, and participation in the Monthly Live Masterclass while your membership is active.

Renewal 

  • After the initial 12-month term, your membership automatically continues at $19 per month unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel anytime prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

Payments & Refunds 

  • Payments for the initial 12-month term are non-refundable once access has begun.

  • Partial use of the program does not qualify for prorated refunds.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of access.

Masterclasses & Content 

  • Monthly masterclasses are offered live with replays provided when available.

  • Schedules, topics, and formats may evolve over time to best serve members.

  • Access to masterclasses is available only during an active membership period.

Use of Materials 

  • Program access is for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

  • All content remains the intellectual property of Sing with Josh.

Results Not Guaranteed 

  • Singing progress varies from person to person.

  • The program provides education and guidance, but specific vocal results cannot be promised or guaranteed.

Vocal Health & Responsibility

  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for practicing with reasonable care.

  • Sing with Josh is not responsible for vocal strain, injury, or medical issues that may occur while using the material.

  • If you experience pain, ongoing hoarseness, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified medical professional before continuing.

Minors 

  • Students under 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enroll.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising appropriate use of the program and online participation.

  • Any communication or private coaching with minors may require parental awareness and consent in accordance with local laws and platform policies.

Privacy & GDPR 

  • Your information is used only to provide access to the Academy and communicate about your membership.

  • We do not sell personal data.

  • You may request to view, update, or delete your information at any time.

Platform & Updates

  • The Academy is hosted on Kajabi and may be updated or reorganized over time.

  • Sing with Josh is not responsible for temporary platform outages beyond our control.

Cancellation 

  • You may cancel your continuation membership at any time before the next billing date.
